The room was disgusting and smell horrible, notice few rats running around . The door lock was broken, and toilet tiles were not clean, no safe , even the air-conditioning was not working . Reported the issue to reception who offered me another place which was even works . I have to check out within 1 hour, plz give me full refund . Thanks

Good location with public transportation, restaurants, and a mall nearby. Reliable internet with good speed. Air conditioning and hot water always work. Comfortable beds and pillows. Affiliated restaurant delivers good meals that are very affordable.

It was very noisy and very stinky. But location is ok.. not too close to BTS but still can walk. Not recomend for tourist who has big luggage. No elevator.🥺🥺🥺🥺

Everything is worth the price. Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Checked in late at night. Met a night shift staff with a sullen face, made faces and used a tone of voice as if they didn't want to provide service. But when informed that there was no TV remote, the staff came to take a picture and contacted the technician. Coordinated with the daytime staff (face and tone were better). Even though in the end, the remote was not used to turning on the TV anyway. With the excuse that the battery was out, the TV remote was not given to the customer. The room smelled heavily of dust. Had to turn on the air conditioner for 2 days. The dusty smell started to fade. Or maybe the residents are more used to dust. Cleaning should be done carelessly as is commonly known. There was a lot of dust on the pillow. If you sleep with your head on the pillow, you should prepare a cloth to cover the pillow before going to bed. The bathroom shower hose leaked water. Scary that there would be an electric shock. The toilet was even worse. Can barely flush the toilet. Need to use a little bit, press 10 times. If needing to use a little bit, don't know what to do. Luckily, I spend most of my time outside the room. The doorknob is the worst because the hotel is old. The things that were built with it are also old. The doorknob that the hotel didn't think to change for the customer was broken badly. The doorknob almost fell off. When opening the door to leave the room or unlocking the key to enter the room It takes 4-5 minutes. In case of a broken doorknob, it happens in every room. You can hear this problem in every room. The walls are very thin because they are made of plywood. You can hear the sound of walking on the upper floor. You can hear the door opening and closing on the same floor. It seems that there is no elevator. If you carry a big heavy bag, I hope you will get a room on the first floor. Facilities: There is liquid soap, hand soap, small bottled drinking water, Ovaltine packets (1 piece per person per day), glasses, hot water kettle, food brochures for ordering, 1 roll of tissue in the room, 1 roll in the bathroom, and 1 large towel per person. The hotel is not far from the entrance of the alley, about 200 meters, at the entrance of the alley in the morning. There are many food carts selling cooked-to-order rice, very delicious, very cheap, 40฿. Somtam and Isaan food shops are also very cheap, very delicious. There are also tea shops. As for shops like 7-11, they are very far away, near the BTS station. Walking is tiring, 20-25 minutes. And it is an area where you can't hail a taxi. They probably see that you are Thai, so they won't pick you up. You hail 10 taxis, none of them will pick you up. If you go nearby, you can take a Grab bike, which is cheap, 25-30฿. Or if you go far, use a Grab car instead.

The price and location are great, I will come again. The room is not cleaned every day, but a bottle of mineral water and a small pack of instant coffee are placed at the door every day, which is very considerate.

The reception staff at the counter took great care of us and solved our customers' problems very well.

The accommodation is clean and the location is okay. The receptionist doesn't seem very friendly and the food ordered from the accommodation is not very tasty. But overall, it's okay.
