This time the room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night And every time I met this front desk clerk her attitude was very bad and the room she gave me was also very bad

Great location. Friendly staff . Good selections of TV channels. Near metro station just a minute walk away. The only thing is that the shower room a lil leakage and will wet the floor . Other than that I did have a pleasant stay.

Good area for trip, have BTS and MRT. Easy for go Siam

Good location, good view, but the bath was in a bit of unacceptable condition, the water from the shower also not enough pressure, maybe because I as at 16 floors.

Location is great as it’s only a 2-3 minutes walk to the mrt station! Room is relatively big and overall cleanliness is up to standard. Will book again in the future!

I live this hotel 1/21-1/22-1/123-1/24-1/25-1/26-1/27-1/29 I just need say If hotel not good I won’t stay same place And the service very good Especially its this service When i go Bangkok If i not far for works I will come book here every time ✌️

A few issues here that will put a lot of people off. For starters we arrived about two hours after check in started, ready to drop our stuff and have a shower before heading into town. However, we were told the room wasn't ready yet and we would need to wait half an hour. Bad start. When we got there... Room: King bed was two singles pushed together. They only had two small duvets instead of one large one as well, which was awkward. Very few electrical outlets, air con did not have a low setting and the auto function didn't seem to work, so was better to sleep with it off, which got a bit warm! It was also dripping from the vent in the bathroom. Wifi was patchy, would keep kicking you off, and the lights started flickering depending on different combinations of switches turned on. Walls were paper thin. Could hear every word of next door's conversations from the bathroom. Not to mention night time activities... Bins were not emptied every day. Our cards were deactivated before the end of our stay, which could have been sorted quickly if not for... Elevators: only two small ones to service the whole hotel. Just missed one? It'll be a long wait, as it's likely to stop on every floor all the way up and down. May as well go and order a coffee from the hotel bar while you wait, except... Food and drink: The coffee was burnt, both at the bar and for breakfast. To avoid this we tried ordering the hot chocolate in the evening, but it turned out to be cocoa with hot water. We asked for some hot milk, but it was nowhere near enough to smooth it out. The breakfast itself was mostly room temperature items that really need to be hot to be enjoyed, such as the fried noodles and "crispy" potatoes. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast every day. Besides all this, the location is good - right next to the metro - and the pool and gym were quite nice. Wouldn't book again.

This hotel is far from the city center, which is close to ancient monuments, but the metro station is right next to the hotel, which makes it easy. It has a relatively good breakfast, but it is more popular with Chinese people. It has a swimming pool and an ordinary club. There is no jack near to the bed , so you should charge your phone at the entry door , cause other jack opposite to the bed wasn't working. Reception is super slow in thinking. Need to explain twice everything. From late check out to renew card access. Location is nice. Good gym and pool. A lot of screaming chinese guests. Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations . Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, providing easy access to attractions.Scenic views and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable

I am writing about my lost luggage when I live in hotel. I check in at 2th Apr, around 4:30pm, my room number is 0917, attachment 1 is the booking information. My lost luggage is a bag of Seek n Keep club, inside have 2 of 30cm care bear furry doll , one is in dark blue color, one is in light blue color, 2 of doll's cloth. One keychain in light blue color, one neck pillow in blue color. Attachment 2-6 are about the detail of my lost luggage. I believe that i forgot to bring it with me when I was rush for check out. The bag should be still in the room. Please let me know if you found my bag.
