I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities.   This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area.   Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access.    This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area.   We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep.    This area is almost open 24 hours.   Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner.    This hotel could be hard to find even if  you use online map.  Try to look for Benz hotel.  This cloud 9 is next to it.    we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area.  We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

The first day was very difficult to find this through google maps, because my friend and I took bus 1 (if not wrong, between 2/3) and got off at mochit bts station then took mochit bts to phaya Thai bts continue on the walk -+16 minutes, But we were stunned by passing the back path shown by the maps. (should be coming down at bts ratchathewi not phaya thai) nearby bts: Ratchathewi staff is very friendly & good English. The hotel is equipped with a suitcase weight so that the opening wc is very suitable and its location is strategic. (stay out of the alley and cross the pretunam market) the minus for me, there is no glass in the room for full body (full body glass only in the lobby) breakfast is good. The hotel is very comfortable & clean in front of the hotel a lot of people sell food 1 spread All the way near the hotel thinking ”there are 2  

The room is a bit narrow, the bathroom is wide but the door is not closed, it has to be locked with rubber to cover it, the bed faces the bathroom, jd for me making it comfortable to sleep, hotel facilities are ok, there is breakfast (bread, roti, coffee, etc. self service) feels normal, no wardrobe, there are 4 hangers for hanging. The location of the hotel is in the pre-tunam market area, in the morning the crowd sells, the night is crowded. Behind the hotel, deposit 1 hotel in the morning there are many food shops. Each floor has a water dispenser so you can't take it free.
