Checking out at 8:15, there was a major power outage in the hotel. It was also the peak period for group check-outs, so I had to carry my two luggage downstairs from the 7th floor by myself. The stairs were full of items when I came down. The hotel has no fire prevention awareness, You can see it from the pictures.
Hotel has many tour groups checking in and out daily. Daily midnight and morning at 6 to 7 o'clock, you will be woken up by the noise.

There are lots of parking lots and full of facilities. It’s located near the main road and there is a convenient store nearby. Staff are full of service mind. The room and public spaces are clean and organized. Hairdryer and slippers are provided within the room. Its price is reasonable. We love it here.

Near Huai khwang station, decent hotel with the pricing , spacious, bed was oki. Take note there is no toothbrush, handsoap. There is a 7 -11 store near the hotel.

I like the hotel location, staff and service. The only thing that disappointed me was the pictures are hold and need updating. We picked this hotel partially for the pool and on the pictures it shows a sunny pool area. There is now a high rise building beside it and it gets zero sunlight. We asked to reduce the length of our stay due to this and they obliged. Service and rooms are good for price, I just wish they had up to date images.

An excellent hotel to stay as it is near to eateries and also a 7-11. Walking distance to the MRT station too! Quiet and well served by the friendly customer service officers .

The location is a bit far from restaurants. Consider this for tourists who frequent restaurants and bars.

The room has no windows, the balcony door is not allowed to be opened and must remain closed at all times. The room has a strong odor, there are no toothpaste or toothbrush, and the wireless network is unstable and frequently lags.
