Bad review. Not recommended. The room booking already includes the cleaning fee. Does the hotel provide towels that are hung there and cannot be used? And we basically didn't use them. One of us was sick and vomited, and it was too late. It was just a little splash. They didn't tell me on the day. I can clean it for you. Tell me when I check out and ask for compensation. It's outrageous. I don't recommend it. I don't recommend it at all.

Very convenient location but quiet Street. Walking distance from national stadium station. Next to MLK and Siam mall. 5 minutes walk to great street food. Beds were so comfortable, staff were very friendly and professional. I loved the hotel is small and they give you more personalized service. We were able to leave our luggage so we could explore more of the city before our night flight. We took the airport link train to BKK. Bangkok truly has an excellent metro system.

We had a superior room. I think the hotel has been newly refurbished extremely comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Bathroom looks like it has been recently refurbished with a shower and bath, Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice to be away from the busy streets. Only a short walk from MBK.

The advertisement on the pictures of the hotel was deceiving. It advertised that the room comes with Loccitane products but there were none. Anyway, this is just a small matter. The room doesn't even provide laundry bags. When we asked the housekeeping, they said there were none. From the advertisement, we saw that there was a rooftop pool but when I visited the pool, is more like a big bathtub. As for the check out time, the hotel was not flexible at all in giving us an extended check out time despite having to stay there for 4 nights in a deluxe room and premium room. Hotel should at least provide a tut tut service to ferry their guest to the nearest BTS station which many hotels are doing around BKK. With the lack of facilities of the hotel, this should be the least they can offer. Well, the only upside I can comment is the hotel is clean and there is a Marshall speaker in the room. Apart from that, there are much better hotels in Bangkok.

Had a couple of days in this quiet central hotel, staff were so welcoming whilst we were there, room very clean and beds/ linen very comfortable, easy walk to the busy centre MBK or MBT train. Went to Tookpak restaurant on reception recommendation and was worth finding about 500yds away. Would stay again

Absolutely lovely hotel. Extremely clean and well organised. Staff were wonderful - couldn’t do enough for us. We arrived very late to check in -0100 in the morning. Staff made us so welcome despite the late hour, carting luggage, seamless paperwork, and helped us settle into our rooms. We lost a bag in transit. The wonderful staff helped us locate it and ensured it reached us with little fuss. Superb!

Lovely hotel rooms are amazing very spacious Lovely comfy large bed bath and shower room. The pool was nice great for a dip after a day sightseeing .quiet location we just got grabs the staff were lovely very helpful and friendly drinks in fridge free too

Lovely hotel in super location (5 mins walk to National Stadium BTS station, yet very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful room, with good (quiet) aircon and powerful shower. The bed is very comfy too. They even provide a quality Marshall Bluetooth speaker so you can play your own tunes. Only downside is there is no food available on the premises but with plenty of eating places nearby it’s not a drama.. it’s more than made up for by the excellent staff who are lovely and helpful… I can highly recommend it…

We have a pleasant and great stay which impresses me with the awesome services provided even after the Pandemic situation. We often hear reviews or bad feedback and all were tied up with Covid-19, insufficient staff, etc....yet here is the other way around! With lean manning, they could still provide 5Stars services from the Warm Welcome to Fond Farewell which I could say is better than other 5 Stars hotels. Even from day to night you may encounter the same person working yet, there is always smiles and warm greetings from them to check how was your day and they also give good recommendation about the good foods nearby. Car arrangement? Not to worry, it was at their fingertips and they help to negotiate with the driver to ensure we as a tourist did not pay high fees. Apart from that, if it is available, they allowed early check-in as early as 12pm without any charges. The rooms were spacious and clean and the best catch, there is a Marshall Speaker in the room!! Locations were near all the best shopping malls and train stations. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
