The location, just a 15-minute walk from Icon Siam, was convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the car parking guard was exceptionally friendly, adding a welcoming touch to our arrival. However, we encountered several issues during our stay. In one of our rooms, there was an unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom, which detracted from our comfort. In the other room, we discovered broken amenities at check-in, requiring us to contact the staff for not being financial responsible. There were also some inconveniences with the hotel's policies and services. We had to pay an additional 600 baht in cash deposit for two extra room cards because only one card was provided per room. This policy seemed unnecessarily restrictive and added an unexpected expense to our stay. Moreover, we had to specifically request a hair dryer, as it was not provided in the room. An unusual incident involved the cleaning staff, who insisted on cleaning the room with the "do not disturb" sign while neglecting the room without the sign, despite our preference. On a positive note, the hotel did offer a free luggage locker, which was convenient for storing our belongings after check-out.

The stay was good comparing with the price. The service was good too but there is a staff who wasn’t really friendly. The location is surrounded with few local stores too for eating out and 7 eleven is nearby which is great.

The hotel is spacious and clean. hotel bathroom can be shower hot and cold . Hotel location is very nice and near at ICONSIAN Shopping mall.

Clean hotel. Free shampoo, shower gel and 2 water bottles a day. Good location close to skytrain and iconsiam and in general.

1. The room is sufficiently big. 2. The bed is comfortable. 3. The air-condition is just OK. 4. The check-in staff is helpful and the check-in process is fast. 5. The housekeeping staff is friendly and is carried out daily. 6. The hotel security is adaquate.

All the services like cleaning, amenities, wifi and safety are all beyond the expectation with the reasonable price. Personally for me, the location is not very convenient to visit around. But still nice to stay at Aim House.

I recommend this hotel if you are budget traveller. Location is perfect : walking distance to BTS Krung thon Buri and Icon Siam which is very famous shopping mall in Bangkok.

I like this place. It located next to food market and in 15 min from Icon Siam by walk. You can find 7/11 and nice Japanese cafe nearby. Btw their ramen was so good! Staff was really helpful and friendly. I stayed for 7 nights and surely recommend this place for everyone.

The location is excellent, being very close to the MRT and within easy walking distance to Icon Siam. Overall, our one-week stay was comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and nice, although some had limited English proficiency, they made an effort to communicate with us. Our only complaint is that our room consistently had a smoke odor, particularly in the bathroom. We were unsure if it resulted from the previous occupant's smoking, with the scent lingering in the shower curtains, or if the people next door were smoking. One night, an alarm suddenly went off, so we thought it could have been triggered by someone smoking. However, the penalty for smoking indoors seemed too low, potentially causing some guests not to take it seriously. The hotel should be more strict about this and also have air purifiers to ensure clean air inside the rooms. As I am allergic to cigerrate, it was not pleasant.

The hotel is hidden in an alley with no way for a car to get into. No one to assist with luggage. No breakfast options. The first thing that greeted me when I opened my room door was the biggest ever cockroach. No hairdryer in the room. No plug outlets to plug the kettle into, have to move the kettle to the bedside to use. And this was supposed to be one of the better rooms.

This hotel is located along a narrow street within walking distance to Siam Icon. There's only one stall selling noodles in the evening. However 7eleven is a stone's throw away so you can get all your necessities. Overall the rooms are clean and comfortable. If staying in first floor you can hear people talking at night

Within 10min walk to ICONSIAM and Krung Thon bori. However the window view is inside the hotel lobby which is strange but for price is value for money.
