It's definitely not a 3-star hotel. The room is just okay, but it's too small. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary bottles of water. This is the first hotel in Thailand that I've stayed in that doesn't provide water. I've stayed at other hotels in Thailand that have a green policy, but provide glass bottles in the room and have water stations on each floor to fill your bottles from. They don't even have any toiletries such as cotton buds, which even budget chains usually provide.
The fridge in the room is too small and can hardly fit 4 cans of beer and bigger bottles of water.
Also, I prefer a shower that you can move around take as opposed to a rain shower.
The air con was very poor in my first room and wasn't cooling the room. I didn't have a great first night sleep due to the room being too hot. I spoke to reception to advise them, and they let me change to a different room, and the air con was a lot better. The hotel is in a good location and near the BTS, but it let's itself down badly by not providing any water for guests.
