We stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help — definitely a big plus.
At first, we were given a room on the even-numbered side, and it was extremely noisy because of the road — we couldn’t sleep at all. Fortunately, we were moved to another room, and it was much better.
Breakfast was unfortunately very repetitive. It’s fine for a couple of days, but after a week it becomes quite boring.
Also, in all the rooms we managed to see on different floors, there was mold — in the corners of the shower and inside the air conditioner. The rooms look a bit old, and the cleaning is rather superficial. It would be nice if deep cleaning was done more often and more thoroughly.
Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay, but for a longer stay I would recommend looking for another option.

Location is superb, right opposite Seacon Square. Building conditions and ammenities are average, comes with pool, gym and self service laundry. Plenty of food and convenience stalls just 10 mins away.
On my first day check in, my key card malfunctioned 7 times, so I had to go up and down 7 times just to get it working. It's not the lock on low batt mode. That really pissed me off big time.

Excellent hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful! It is very clean and tidy. The furniture looks well used but mattress and pillows clean and new. Restaurant has a great breakfast and other meals ok too. Seacon and Paradise malls across the overpass, metro close by, three 7-11s and shops in alley. Super convenient! We will definitely be staying again!

This is a great hotel that has a wonderful rooftop pool and relaxation area. Right across from the mall, the location is pretty good, if not the most convenient for getting to or from the rest of the city. This hotel doesn’t have hand soap, which was inconvenient. Still, with great service, I highly recommend staying here- just bring your own soap or be ok with using shower gel instead.

Close to Seacon Square. Yellow Line MRT station is walking distance from hotel with some street obstacles. So plenty of food options at the Mall. My room on 8th floor was quiet and easy to go up one floor to swimming pool and exercise area. No issues with bugs or cleanliness. Check in and out very easy.
