It was one if the best hotels I ever book! the catered to my family. I have a 14 month old toddler and theey have so mamy amenities for kids. Our check in was smooth ssince we arrived at 9pm. We did check in the room so easier for my toddler. They provided bath tub, anti slip mat, water steriliser annd toothbrush for my toddler. The bts is also very near which is ploenchit. The housekeeper cleaned our room on time. I would like to thank theeir whatsapo messages, their housekeper, Vie and the bell boys who helped us with our luggage annd always smiling to my toddler annd entertaining him while we book grab. Thanks for being the best hotel 😀

Good service, great location 2 minutes walking distance to the BTS Phloen Chit Road station. The room is very nice and tidy. Nice swimming pool and the breakfast is very good as well.
Will definitely book next time.

The hotel has many disadvantages and it is definitely not a luxury hotel, although it wants to seem so, the price/quality ratio is unfavorable for the guest.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- management and staff. When checking in, the staff tried to make a copy of my credit card. I forbade them to do this and left a deposit. When checking out, the manager Atha Gaporn Simapan again asked to copy the card data under the pretext that they did not check my room before checking out. I refused again. I gave the manager the card to insert into the machine, entered the payment code for additional consumption, the payment went through and then the manager took the card and still made a copy from it! Can you imagine that. After she saw that I saw this action on her part, she began to assure me of the security of data storage, etc. Outrageous.
- the rooms are terribly soundproofed, the noise from the roads is very loud, also one evening there was a rock concert under the hotel windows, it was impossible to fall asleep,
- the breakfasts are simply minimalistic, a choice of two types of cheese and sausage,
- the pool is small, most of the time hidden in the shade, only eight sun loungers for a huge hotel

Excellent service by the staff able to get room service round the clock.
Clean and new.
Nice ambiences. No wonder it was fully booked.
Room service food (chicken rice) needs to be improved. Perhaps it was outsourced.
Would advise to travel by BTS it is just a short walk from level e. Trafficthe hotel is always very heavy especially during peak hours.
