Old and very dirty rooms. Bed sheets were not clean, the bathroom was simply not cleaned. We didn't dare to walk in the bathroom without slippers and there was a very musty smell of mold. The floor in the whole room was dirty and the wall had several stains from the previous guests.
Sadly, the rooms would be okay if they were cleaned. We did not feel comfortable at all and would definitely not recommend it. It's worse than you can see in the photos

A bit noisy in the morning when bike drivers are riding nearby , however, it’s in a downtown and quite cheap

The hotel owner is lovely and very friendly. The room is clean, quiet, private, and has a great view. It is close to tourist attractions in the heart of Bangkok and is easy to travel to.
