Honestly service with mediocre. Loud music at night because of a club right at below the hotel. Housekeeping was nice though. That’s about it.

Grace hotel is under construction. No or non-existent Wifi. Arrived to check in but they couldn't find my reservation. I understood, things happened, and I messaged Trip.com. The Trip help desk specialist, "L," who responded to me, is very helpful. He called the hotel and told me to wait. When he messaged me back that the hotel found the reservation, and check-in with the front desk again. That's when the bad experience began, the guy at the front desk, refused to checked the reservation information again. He said that is nothing to check. I politely told him, it was the hotel's mistake, everything should be good now. He refused to give me his name when I asked. I have to keep pressing him to check. When he finally checked and found the reservation, he gave me a room. Apparently he gave me a smoker room with lots of noise (even after 2am). I'm too tired to change the room. Needlessly to say, I will not book this hotel again.

I encountered one problem during my stay, which is that there is only one elevator available and it serves all floors, which causes delays in going up or down. This is due to the renovation of the hotel ..
Some rooms on the ninth floor smell of smoking through the air conditioning vents.

3 starts because the rooms are at least newly renovated. But also 3 starts because the entire hotel needs to be fully renovated. Gladly it seems like they are in the process. The hotel is very old shape in the common areas, restaurant looks terrible, all common areas are very dirty, elevators or sketchy. The entire place smells like smoke. but the location is perfect.

I am unable to visit. However I requested to cancel my booking 1 and half month ago due to my situation as I am not feeling well. I am sick.. they did not refund even half of the payment that I pay. Sorry I loose my money.
