The room was OK overall, not too far from the metro station, the picture is the public area

No shampoo, you have to pay to get shampoo. The Aircond is cold sometimes only fan. No one at the counter if you want to check in or check out not during their working hours. I have to call a trip to check in even tho I already put in a remark late check-in. Put phone number but useless no one will pick up the phone. They should at least make a self-check-in since they already have a safety box at the counter but they don't use the safety box for self-check-in or check-out.

It's very small and the fun from toilet don't let you sleep

Near metro station but have to walk a bit far. Staff cannot speak communicate well in foreign language. At first glance, they seem a bit unfriendly. But they are nice. Price are reasonable.

Cheap good for short stay

The location is quite isolated and not convenient at all. The service is quite good, I'm actually satisfied. Cleanliness is perfect. Amenities is also good. The place is quite peaceful and there is a cafe in front. There is also a parking area beside the resort.

This is my second time staying here. Overall, it's as good as ever. The staffs are good. The location is great. It's near the MRT, just a short walk away. There's also a market near the hotel. The room isn't very clean and isn't very soundproof, but that's forgivable because it's cheap.

Very bad. Can't cancel, can't change date, can't refund. When contacting, they said to press cancel immediately. When I pressed it, they refused to accept the cancellation. Very bad.

Disadvantages: There are no windows facing the outside, only a window facing the corridor. Although there are curtains, they cannot block the corridor lights, and the air conditioner will drip when turned on for a long time.
