Spittze Hotel really needs to relook at their guest amenities. Something as basic as requesting an iron shouldn’t be a struggle. The standard response is always, “It’s not available,” or worse “You can go to Level 8.” Why on earth should we go to another hotel just to do our ironing? If that’s the case, we might as well stay at Cubic instead. We also received an iron which is not in a good condition (black marks)
The extra bed mattress is extremely hard. It’s not complimentary, so it should at least be as comfortable as the regular bed. Guests are paying for it, comfort shouldn’t be compromised. Some of the sheets and towel are also not clean, can see stains on it.
And from the third day onwards, we didn’t receive bottled water. That’s a basic amenity that should never be missed.
Location wise, it is quite close to pratunam (but a bit far if compared to other hotels like spenza or first hotel). Receptionist also need to learn to speak english or at least be more professional in speaking to other people.
