Clean room. Feels new. Location is convenient close to BTS station. Lots of pubs just outside hotel. Only complaint is the walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbours chatting.

Very Nice hotel sharing the Erawan building with the Novotel

Lovely skyscraper with swimming and pool bar. It’s same building with Novotel. But a bit noise in the neighborhood.

nice stay, close to Nana. always super friendly staff, allowed me to check in earlier than expected. i'll come back again. 🙂

Good position but don’t booking through Songkran festival, unless you just wanna join the water fight everyday. 😏😏

Im not every time get the bus , but the Shuttle bus sometimes not really on time , and everything is good , so near by 7 eleven and bts station ,the swimming pool is good , the room same is good .

- from hotel walking to Nana BTS station arround 10-15 mins; - booking 4 nights, 2 night can't watch TV, nework connection problem;

WARNING! BED BUGS! Bed bugs all over the room - big ones, medium and very small. There was a whole colony of them! The stuff offered another room , but we did not want to stay at the hotel and wanted a refund . The stuff (duty manager Nicenan) was acting like it was our fault, and was not helping and was kind of rude. Duty manager Nicenan said that she can’t make a refund because of the trip.com booking, but after the manager of trip.com contacted her and confirmed trip.com is ok with our refund she refused to make a refund anyway. So it was the hotels problem from the very beginning . At the time she confirmed there will be no refund it was 3 a.m. in the middle of the night, so we could not make any other reservation. The whole experience was very disappointing, not only the bed bugs in the room , but also the way stuff was handling the situation.

Soft bed. Hot shower, but temperature was not very adjustable for some reason this stay. Location is fine, but fairly busy. The aircon is great.

This Ibis Styles Sukhumvit 4 Hotel was very nice. Clean newer modern style rooms. Super nice queen bed. Had a room on the 10th floor looking out toward the city. The staff here are very nice. Everyone smiles and helps you with things that you need. I didn't eat there so I can't review that. The location is very good and simple to walk from the Nana BTS Station. It was my 2nd time there in the last year. I will stay there again next time. Thanks for a wonderfull stay.

A lovely hotel in the middle of the action. Quiet and clean. Recommended

A really nice hotel right in the heart of Bangkok's nightlife. The nightlife could be a bit off putting for some, I woudn't recommend this hotel to families.

In the heart of red light district and the room was not soundproof hence can hear sounds from next door. Room is not well maintained. Water was also not refilled 2nd night. Service was in the other hand ok. The internet for my laptop was not functioning as the landing page didn’t pops up but they soon sent and engineer up to solve the issue. Appreciate the shuttle though to nana bts.

Really clean hotel room and friendly staff! Great location with local foods around!
