Location was further out from platinum mall but the 24hr buggy service made it super convenient to go to key spots around the area (including the BTS). They also had free popcorn and drinks, and other activities such as Thai costume dress up and free 15 mins massage!

We had a fantastic 4-nights stay at Vince Pratunam Hotel. The 24-hour buggy service was efficient, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. . When our flight was delayed, the hotel kindly extended our checkout to 1 pm, which was greatly appreciated.
One highlight was the complimentary Thai costume photoshoot. SOM and NAM were professional, friendly, and provided an impressive variety of authentic outfits, making the experience memorable. The spacious, clean room and thoughtful touches made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended and for sure we will be back again.

Location is near to Platinum mall, but you need to walk for about 15 mins. Room is cozy but a little dirty. We noticed the bed’s headboard has alot of stains and alot of cracked furnitures. Food provided by hotel is decent, not bad. Checking in and out was fast. Bell boys are helpful in tugging your lugguages in and onto your transportation.

We stay at Vince hotel for 4 nights.
The hotel has a buggy that can fetch us to 5 nearby locations. The pick-up and drop-off is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is very delicious.

Hotel is good, nearby with pratunam and there is a shuttle. However the thai costume free made us confused.
