i was welcomed at past 3am and miss accompanied me all the way to my room. they gave me a quite room and good view as requested. room is super spacious and clean though i encountered not so much cockroaches and ants but i didn't mind. CR is okay the bathtub is old i dont use it anyway. location is behind the Q1 condo bldg and surroundings is full of bars if you dont mind also staying in areas like that i think it's okay. near bts nana with food stalls as you head there. overall i had a short good stay. thank you

When I visit Bangkok always I stayed this hotel. Old setup but very good service. Location is very convenient. Just near to the Nana subway station. Staff behaviour is very good.

Very dirty room. The floor was very dusty to walk on. The bathroom was filthy. I saw cockroach in the bathroom. The property itself is slightly tricky to find through google maps, just ask around

The feeling from the room is terrible, as well as from the hotel in general, dirty, everything is old, insects, does not correspond to the photos at all
In the photo everything is clean and beautiful, in fact the hotel is for one night, and not a pleasant one at that

I had a pleasant stay at Crown BTS Nana Hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff provided great service, making the experience enjoyable. The location was convenient, though not perfect, and the amenities were average, leaving some room for improvement. Overall, a good stay with attentive service and a clean environment.

The receptionist allow for early check in at 6am for my flight
While i was sleeping. The housekeeping team knock on my door to ask if i wanted room service. I declined
When i woke up and left the room. The housekeeping team immediately came up to me and ask if i needed my room to be cleaned.
Basic amenities is all present and functional.
Definitely worth it for price paid
