It was a horrible experience for my entire life and I am definitely not recommend on this hotel any more, don't ever go to this hotel as you will definite make a big mistakes. All the photos provided for this hotel are fake and they are not the same as the actual hotel, everything went bad and quality is very worst. All the facilities and utilities were very worst. There are so many dead bugs dead in the washroom ceiling, every where is very old compare with photos from Trip.com, there were no shampoo and washing bath provided. Hand wash lotion look it was expired at least one year. I have no other choice to buy everything in brand new. On second day, there was a guy to fix the watering pipe in front of my room starting at 9 until 5pm and I was complaining about it but no one care about it and the guy still kept fixing the pipe. On third day, the guy came back again on pipe and make very bad noise and I shoot to him to stop it, otherwise, I will call police, afterthat, the guy stop it. The hotel or reception must know this issue and I have no idea how can they treat the customer so badly without any concern to them. If I had money, I will move out this hotel and book to other hotel immediately after check in 30 minutes. I call the reception for the problems and no action, no help and no support as well. I sent message to trip.com for more than 4 times for help and requesting refund because everything is wrong and totally opposite compare the photos and information provided by Trip.com. Trip.com has a right to provide the correct information to customer and we use the service from trip.com as we trust them and they should take a 100% responsibility on this matter but so far, trip.com just make silent and don't want to provide support to customer like me.

Had a comfortable stay at the hotel. I really have no other complaints EXCEPT for this lady at the reception. I just came from a 5hr flight with my backpack 1/3 my weight. I approached the reception area cuz there was NO ONE on that side. she was busy and never looked my way despite being in front of her. I try to come closer, i say "uhm-" and try to show her my reservation. "YOU CAN WAIT YOU CAN WAIT🖐️" with a very LOUD sigh after, as if i am annoying her??? Not even a welcoming smile, a welcome greeting. Really disgusted as i also work in hospitality field. I wonder if they teach their staff that, hospitality, or atleast how to be nice. So far, only that lady had trashy attitude. 😐

The bathroom is not very clean. There was a used towel clog on the bathtub when we first checked in. But the location is great as it is near the Grand Palace and Wat Pho temple.

Everything is good. The room design in Thai style, I like the Chang lamp. It was beautiful. I got in the other side of the hotel but it’s all good, the beds were still so soft!!!!

Around 40mins from suvarbhumi airport, near at iconsiam and other malls Convient near mcdo at 711 Deluxe room is big looks old but clean staff are accomodating.

Sadly, the staff at the checkin counter came off quite hostile and rude. It was as if me wanting an early checkin was a huge inconvenience to them; even though I have attempted to send them multiple emails regarding an early check in as I’ll be arriving in Thailand at 4am and would be at the hotel by around 8am. The amenities were shocking! Why? Because there wasn’t much to begin with. So for a 4 star hotel we were greatly taken back. No soap except for an all in one shampoo body wash. We had no towels, and or toilet paper in the bathroom. We understand that it was probably because we requested an early check in but we also did attempt to contact them bout our early check in so that they could be prepared in time. We had to request for things constantly which sadly made the housekeepers irritated I think. 🤔 The breakfast buffet isn’t much but it’s enough. The location isn’t bad, but it is quite far from the subway stations; approximately 24 minutes walk. The area is beautiful and a lot to see. At first it was a bit off putting but slowly the area grows on you. The room was a little dim but wasn’t bad. The window view wasn’t the greatest, overall it was alright. I would not consider it a 4 star hotel but more like a semi glorified motel. For the price you are getting what you paid for, just don’t get your hopes up from the pictures. It is definitely giving off old colonial vibes.

Location is perfect, stuff polite and helpful. Hotel is a bit old but clean and quiet. Location is good, easy to find and not far from the tourist attractions.

Good Hotel for the price near khaosan and all the attraction Bed is confortable, clim is top and clean , all was top ,one of the best hotel for me in khaosan for the part of the price

Great stay! Right in the middle of everything I wanted to do in Bangkok city! Hotel is very clean, great service and great air conditioning!

The room is big and comfortable. The place is quiet and near the city. The breakfast was really nice. I love this place.

Very clean room,near bus station, near Khao Sân road and Grand Palace! Good place to stay. Recommend to stay at this hotel. There is a 7-11 nearby.
