This was the worst hotel experience out of the six I booked for my trip to Thailand. The room was dirty, the bathroom had no light, and the furniture and beds were outdated. There were no tea bags or coffee provided, the flip-flops were torn, and the fridge was extremely dirty. The room looked nothing like what was shown on the Trip.com app.
I reported the bathroom light issue to the reception, but no one came to address it. The staff were unhelpful and insisted I contact Trip.com directly with my complaints. I also requested an early checkout and a refund for my second night, but they refused. Ultimately, I had no choice but to book another hotel.
I hope Trip.com reviews my feedback and takes appropriate action. I would appreciate any compensation for the poor experience and the financial loss I incurred. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
