Rat & roach infested. THERE WAS A FAT RAT IN MY ROOM, RUNNING AROUND MY FOOD. the hotel staff were laughing amongst themselves during this whole incident, ignored me several times when i asked for help, asked tor refund, asked for someone to help carry my bags. I ran out of the room, standing in the half way, obviously disgusted and scared. The staff were joking amongst themselves, and acted like as if i was inconvenienced them. They never said sorry, never refunded the money, never paid for my food. The lady with the glasses was the most rude, she wouldn’t listen to me, ignored me, then yell at me and tell me to be quiet…? (I was confused as to why i was getting yelled at)
Also the rooms smell like old cigarettes, asked for a room change three times got ignored, asked for air refresher, told me wait until next the morning.
The hotel rooms are falling apart, very dirty. Saw several roaches around the hotel (inside and outside). Its kinda pricy for the traumatic experience they offer. (Of and i was bitten on my legs by something when i didnt even leave the room for a whole day, might be some other bugs)

The room very spacious because get an upgrade to suite. But the amenities very less, near to BTS Chong Nonsi easy to go to main attraction

The location is really excellent because it is located right next to the BTS station. If you are one of the people who want to have absolute convenience everywhere you go, be sure to check out this accommodation. The hotel is well hidden in the alley so it should you some sort of privacy and noise deduction from the main road.
To begin with, the staff is very nice and friendly We got the breakfast package and it has a variety of food, from Thai/Asian style food to Western style food. Salads, fruits, cereals and bread/waffles are also included. The room is spacious with an open kitchen and the bed itself is comfortable; however, there are 2 cons about this hotel.
The TV service is mediocre because it is first not a smart TV, which means the sleepers do not have options to use YouTube. The local TV programs are mostly in Thai. So if you want to spend more time at the hotel throughout the day or at night, you may need to get your iPads or entertainment devices ready.
In addition to that, there is a lack of bathroom facilities. Despite shampoo/body wash and towels are available, there are no disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, hand soup and some other things that can be found usually at the hotel. Fortunately, in case you do not have the things you need during your stay, there is a 7-Eleven steps away from the hotel.

Only the location is the best. The most disappointed is the swimming pool. Too old until no one is there to enjoy the pool.

Totally out dated hotel, pulling and some lights are not functioning. From the lobby to the room feeling like built at century ago. Only good thing is right beside a nice local food court, 711 and BTS Chong nosi. Beside the location, this hotel earn nothing worth to stay. I urge the owner unblock it and re-ensemble the hold building....
Looks very haunting as well.
Don't stay here please, look at the only pic I took, how scary it is.

The hotel is cery close to BTS Chongnonsri in walking distance, there are also 7-11 near by. The hotel is very nice and clean with swimming pool
