Nice clean basic rooms but a few more amenities such as a mini fridge and hairdryer would be appreciated.

Reserve the largest room. The room is not soundproof. The car noise is so loud that you cannot sleep. You can ask to move the room to a small room. Nothing. The service just gives keys and collects money.
