First room they gave me was a lot smaller and dirtier than the pictures they have provided. Next day there was few ants right beside my bedside table and they changed my room into room that looked like on the pictures. However, tables and all the other furniture were old and the housekeeping was okay.
Swimming pool was nice and quiet.
All the staffs at the reception was wonderful.

Great value to stay in Sukhumvit area. Friendly, helpful staff. Big rooms, clean and very comfy beds. Small rooftop pool. Everything in walking distance.

Very disrespectful to give a room with a non-functioning toilet, mold, and a trashy looking room. My plan was to stay four days in the hotel but when I saw the room I checked out the next day and booked another hotel.

Well this hotel is ok for the money great location bedding and shower was ok … for the money you can’t go wrong… staff very helpful and friendly roof top pool was very nice small but quiet so works well … soi 13 is linked to soi 11 and that’s where all restaurants and bars are rooms cleaned very quickly as well

Very convenient location , can reach here through soi 11 or soi 13 , there is a Tops mini mart right downstairs making everything conveniently accessible and many restaurants in walking distance. The hotel itself is a little old but staff was happy to help.

Good location, lots to do a short walk away. Fantastic restaurant just across the street, and a 24 hour convenience store next to to the hotel. Would stay here again.

Very located hotel. It could be more well maintained, room was cleaned but walls and work table with a dirty aspect. Also, the frigobar wasn't emptied, so all the food from previous guests still there. Nice memory foam matress and very confusing light switches in the room.

2 lights missing ( one from the pantry and another one from behide TV, making the room a bit too dim. I must open bathroom partition to let bathroom light come through. There is no mini bar in the fridge however there is convenient store next door. The room is big, clean bedsheet. Over all cleanliness is good .
Got safe but no door ( the whole door missing) No hair dryer , no shower cap provided. Entertainment Unit works great, plenty of channels in foreign languages. ( Other then Thai and English) Smart Tv connected to wifi all the time, surfing internet made very easy. Bathroom is very premium, very smart design. However there is lack of amenities provided, no cotton bud, no lotion, no shower cap. No space provided to put soap in shower area, I gotto put everything on the floor.
Parking is very limited here, only 2 cars parking capacity. Not recommend to drive there. However with the location of the hotel, there are taxi driving pass nearly 24 hrs. Also very handy to have convenient store next to the hotel.
Staffs are very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.
