An affordable 4 star hotel with a great river view. Big rooms, restaurant, pool, and gym, etc. Recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from busy streets in BKK.

The experience it was wasn’t so good because I found a cockroach in my room, but everything is OK. The problem is is not close to BTS which means we need to take the hotel boat to the BTS station and I don’t really like river or everything. that’s why I don’t really like it and the hotel is a bit old, but it’s OK.

Nice view room and clean. Room itself Cosy and silence. But some peoples are make noisy.

5 star hotel with reasonable price compared with others. Free shuttle ferry services to BTS is convenient in particular during traffic congestion periods. It’s my mother birthday trip, the hotel furnished us a complimentary cake made her so happy. May be a cover to the cake was more preferable in connection to hygienic concern. Nevertheless we finished it and would more than happy to express my thanks to the hotel’s arrangement. Some plugins electricity connection for battery/ mobile charging are mal-functioned which the hotel should need to check and rectify.

Our recent stay at the Ramada Hotel was truly delightful. The reception staff not only displayed friendliness but also provided exceptional service. We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade from a Grand Deluxe Twin room to a Plaza Twin Suite with a city view. The spacious suite featured a separate living area and two TVs for added comfort. The hotel shows a tranquil ambiance and offered complimentary teas, coffees, and bottled water. The bathroom amenities, white fresh towels, including a lavish shower and a bathtub with body scrubs, truly enhanced our experience. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a complimentary room filled with pastries, popcorn, and a variety of hot and cold beverages. The accommodating staff in various areas such as the bar, restaurant, and Executive Lounge significantly contributed to our enjoyable stay. Don't miss the diverse breakfast options at The Wave restaurant, which caters to both local and international tastes. While we regret not trying the all-day dining experience at the Executive Lounge on the 15th floor, which offers breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktails, and a Thai buffet for an additional fee of 1500 Baht, we thoroughly enjoyed the lunch selection that included chicken tikka masala, club sandwich, pork ribs, wagyu beef burger, and mango smoothie, all of which were delicious. The hotel's lovely deck, riverfront dining area, live band performances in the lobby, and convenient location make it an ideal choice for exploration. The exceptional pool facilities, with a scenic riverside view where you can watch passing riverboats and capture stunning sunrise and sunset moments, were truly outstanding. Undoubtedly, this hotel will remain our top choice for future visits to the area.

Good location to attraction by ferry, car or walking within distance. Ample parking space for cars at the hotel. Hotel foods and beverage also good and there's soft melody singing at the lounge while you enjoy your drinks too

Best experience so far! Free upgrade to a family room, very spacious, luxurious and clean. The pool is fantastic and the location is prime, across the hotel is Terminal 21. The breakfast is superb! Would definitely go back!

Riverside hotel with spacious room size. Great facilities, swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. The hotel provides free shuttle boat service to the closest station.

The location is good for the relex, and pool area is very nice for vacation.

Another perfect stay in Ramada Plaza. Stunning view on the river, convenient hotel shuttle boat to BTS. Very friendly and competent staff and service. Nice clean rooms and rich breakfast buffet for all tastes. The pool is great and offers shadow places, very important in this heat. I will come back anytime. (Sometimes a bit noisy in the lobby as many traveling groups come and go frequently). I also recommend the massage salons just outside the hotel and restaurants nearby at Charoen Krung toad.
