We recently stayed at the Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road in the Premium Corner Sunset Garden View room, and it was an exceptional experience. The stunning view from the room, especially during sunset, was a highlight of my trip.
The location is perfect for city explorers, with major attractions and vibrant neighborhoods easily accessible. Being so close to the BTS station made getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient.
What truly stood out, though, was the warm and welcoming staff. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made my stay all the more memorable.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and incredible city views!

Firstly, the room we checked in smells horrible that we have to request to change. The room we stayed in later was not clean for the bedsheet and carpet, my family and I had allergies after sleeping for consecutively 2 nights. Also there’s an accident that a hotel staff opened our room when we obviously put up ‘do not disturb’ sign and were resting in, he just used the hotel staff key to open the door. What a negative experience from these! Please clean your room thoroughly, and change your reception lady who has been showing a bad attitude, and have some trainings on your staff to NOT enter room wrongly again.

The perfect place from which to explore Bangkok
Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back."

If you stay more than two days, you realize the breakfast is really boring, always the same. The swimming pool is great, you have a great view of the Bangkok city center. The location of the hotel is premium! As for the cleanliness, the rubbish bin in the toilet is really small and the cleaning personnel not very diligent. It is difficult to open or close balcony door. As for the hotel restaurant, prices of the dishes do not match the quality. The dessert was quite disappointing, despite being the most expensive in the menu. The hotel staff didn’t change the greeting message on the TV screen, so instead to feel welcomed, I had the impression of the utter negligence, as the greeting was for someone else (probably the previous guest), not me. The choice of TV channels could have been better.
