My experience with this hotel is amazing .. the staff ,the location , the room size was super .. the staff was helpful and the location was great .. the room size was very good of the two bed room apartment..

The location is great! It is 5 mins from the BTS.
The staff are very friendly, passionate and helpful. They are very proactive in helping and always welcome us with a big smile.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the pillows are too soft for us. The WiFi is not stable. We could not use the WIFI in one room.
The swimming pool is nice and it’s 1.5m deep which is perfect for beginners.
The gym room is a bit too hot and old but it’s still acceptable.
The service is amazing! We will definitely stay in Shama again.

The location near BTS takes a 10 minute walk. Walking distance around nana walking street night life. The apartment is great for a family of 5. Reception is able to converse well in English.

nice staff with nice service,
the room is a bit old, the air co in the bedroom was dripping water and the air-co in the gym room is not working too
Many street foods at night nearby, walk to BTS station almost 10mins

There is a backgate which leads to the back alley and there are more things but was not told by the front staff until I asked about it. There s one day when the room cleanup was pretty late so we chose not to have the clean up. Otherwise it's pretty good.
