Great neighborhood, close to the pier, lot of space, rooftop pool with views, big TV, two ACs. Overall very decent stay 👍

Need to improve the staff services:
1. Took time for checking in.
2. Lady staff at night shift (her face looks like Indian) need to be improved her hospitality manner max and how to behave when in the public area.
3. Called to reception 10 times to ask for help, but no one pick up phone.
4. Water was stuck at wet area, not drained fast enough.
The rest just ok.

the room is not very quiet and we could hear everything from the next the room. the hotel is deep inside a small road with heavy traffic yams, most in late afternoon .
the reception staff was not very friendly.

Nice place to stay, quite and comfortable. The pillows and bed always very comfortable. Washing machine and well equipped kitchen if you want to cook in the apartment.
