Nice room and the location is perfect. But the sound proof is very bad. You can hear the traffic outside all night.

Located just next to the Platinum Fashion Mall, and very very close to Big C, CentralWorld, Palladium & more. Love the room soo much! Definitely recommended. Haven’t tried food at the hotel so i can’t comment much but i’m sure it’s great too.
Check in & check out were so smooth, no hassle at all. For sure i will come again!

I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality. However, I’m disappointed that my pants were ruined during laundry, the logo been washed away! I hope this can be addressed. Thank you!

Very convenient hotel that is just located beside Platinium mall. Walking distance to big c and main mega malls making it very easy and convenient

Hotel is located in city centre. A high class hotel with a lot of shopping and food. Easy to get transport to move around. Will come back to stay.

Nice hotel and good location in the heart of Pratunam. Room is big and clean. Hotel staff also helpful and good service. the only complaint is the breakfast variety not that much compared to the other hotel i stayed previously.

During checked in after 4pm, staff says the room is leaking water and want to change our room to king bed with a complimentary bed. I don’t consider this as a complimentary and it’s a downgrade of what I’ve paid for. I’ve paid for extra for twin bed. Staff could not offer a better option and kept insisting to give us king size bed instead. They said to come back 30min for twin bed room.
We came back at 930pm but to realise that the room bathroom has missing curtain. When they sent a guy down to check, he also agreed that the room has a missing curtain and he couldn’t do anything but to ask us to call the receptionist again. We called the reception from the room but he was rude. Finally they changed our room.

Very nice and good hotel to stay. The only thing need to inprove is the lift and morning breadfast. The lift now is anyone can just enter. It should be improve by using the hotel room room to access the lift for safety reasons.

Perfect location. Just next to Platinum Fashion Mall. A stone away to Central World Big C, Pratunam Market etc.
Unfortunately room is not well maintained. Only 1 power socket is working. Toilet door, shower screen, reafibg lights not working.
Need to upkeep better.

Location of the Hotel is very convenient. There is a Starbucks and Macdonald next to it. Walking distance to Siam Paragon, Central Mall and Big C. Everything is fine except the tiles next to the swimming pool. The tiles is super slippery with its with water on it. I almost fall and noticed some Hotel guests also having the same issue.
