Location: 30 mins around from airport
Room: some smell from the beginning.
Service: only stay one night there, so far polite and helpful
Others: smoking area outside the hotel, 15 mins away will find the 7-11, and the happy herb shop👍

It’s the first time of mine to check in this hotel in BKK. That’s a wonderful journey and lived inside with a happy & cleaning environment. Breakfast and discount buffet dinner of sea foods was freshly, good tasted. Wishing to have a trip on next time to check it again !

Stayed there for many times, can see more customers now. Room is just ok, but breakfast is very good.

Staying at this hotel was a delight. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff are genuinely caring and attentive. My room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, with a great view. The breakfast options were plentiful and catered to various dietary needs, which I appreciated. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions, and the public transportation connections are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

2.shuttle is only one way , can not back
3.shower boots no water protect ,

We booked this hotel because their booking page said they provided baby cribs free of charge. We called this hotel ahead of time to make sure, and they guaranteed we’d have a crib when we arrived. This turned out not to be true. They had no crib available and we had no safe place for our baby to sleep. We fortunately were reimbursed by Trip.com, but I wouldn’t trust this hotel. Who knows what else they will lie about.

Good location. Around 30 mins drive to airport. The hotel has a shuttle to Mega Bangna as well.

Actually all are good but while booking it's showing airport pickup and drop,in that case both are cheated me Hotel as welĺ as trip.com .
I paid from my pocket around 1600 thai bhat
Please look into the matter
