I put my requests for soft pillows, quiet room, not by the corner and high floor when making the hotel reservation with trip.com. However, all requests were not arranged. I was arranged by the last room and nearthe train line with two roadways. You can clearly hear the sounds of the cars after 1 am. The bed sheet had some yellow stains, and had some hairs. I stayed in other hotels a lot and can tell if they are clean or not. The lamp of the room was broken. Not quite worth do the money except the hotel is just located at a BTS station.

Hotel service is good. They allow me for early check in and free upgrade to executive room. The location is fantastic. Super near to BTS. The only downside is the hotel will charge for making local calls, and the rate is not cheap. I thought the hotel can inform the customers upon check in. Will come back to stay again.

Cleanliness needs to be stepped up, there were ants on the table and in the toilet basin top. Amenities wise, I requested for toothbrush and toothpaste and they provided one day and not the next. Toothpaste was very small enough for 2 use at the most. Service staff at the lobby were very polite and helpful. However they lacked tourist information, I asked about Song Wat street and they were clueless. Asked how to take the bus and they were equally unaware. I hope they can be more informed.

Good location, cosy room and wide selection of Asian and Western spread for breakfast and lunch. But the best part of my stay, were the staff who extended warm hospitality and courtesy. For sure will stay here on my next visit to Bangkok

Conveniently located just a 1-2mins walk from the BTS train station, the hotel's location is unbeatable! Do note that there is no shelter nor linked to the station. There is a large pharmacy near the station where you can get all sorts of medical supplies and toiletries at decent prices. There are also multiple 7-11s and eateries along that stretch.
Room is a little dated but i have been to much worst ones, so nothing to complain about but room is way too dark as there are no lights on the ceiling. At the bed area, there is only one power point and one light switch on one side of the bed which is inconvenient for the other occupant.
The shower does not have a door and the floor is wet after every shower. Shower gel is provided and smells very good, this is consistent with all other Four Points worldwide.
Breakfast spread is ok but not fabulous. They tried to vary a few items every day but most of the dishes are repeated.
Gym and pool are next to each other and reasonably sized. Clean and neat. There is sufficient equipment in the 24-hour gym.
Overall a good experience with the hotel and the friendly staff who are able to speak english, greets, smiles and readily assist you every time.
I would definitely return and highly recommend you to check out this awesome hotel!

Location is convenient from Ploenchit BTS. 1 stop away from Chit Lom.
Not alot of shops nearby, need to travel to Chit Lom / Siam area.
Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Good stay overall.
