Was given a small room on ground floor at the back yard with just aircon and no TV, no mini fridge, no hair dryer etc. The cupboard is so rusty and tall. The toilet so smelly once I open the door. Outside the room no light at all. The room is next to laundry room and rubbish room full of recycle bottles. Very angry and frustrated, I confront the front desk staff. I told him I paid to enjoy my holiday and not be your housekeeper. I think this room is for nite shift housekeeper to rest. Later change to 1st floor with TV and hair dryer. The TV got light on but no sound and picture. Also no room services for my 5 days 4 nite stay, only a bottle of mineral water everyday. The floor is so dirty and I have to throw my 2 socks alway. Will nvr ever stay in this hotel again. This is the worst ever hotel I stay. Nvr again. Also not many customer at all. Charge so expensive. Pls think twice before you book.

There's was no food per sey, but there were lots of restaurants near by that sold food at very affordable prices. The hotel is very accessible, there's a BTS station, city bus stops at a walkable distance from the hotel. The hotel is at the heart of the city with lots of amenities nearby.

Is actually quite cheap and the location is great. Nearby got 7-11, Mcd. Walking distance to Bts National Stadium and Mbk Center Siam.
Even though there’s no lift, but overall still not bad, staff are really friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is really a thing that need to improve.

Great place to stay in center of Bangkok. Very close to the train station and walking distance to Siam Square! Will probably stay here again in future when i visit Bangkok.
