This is my first time choose this company, they services is no so good, late reply.
The photos publish and the actual room is totally different, must be alert.
The only provide you toilet paper and no other tissue paper, and no water provided.
Is something like Airbnb but their service and thing provided not like Airbnb.
I won’t choose this company any more in future, feel like get cheated.

The surrounding environment is beautiful, and the location is in the city center. However, the cleanliness of the house needs improvement, and some daily necessities also need to be replenished in a timely manner.

Purtroppo l’appartamento non era per 4 persone come da annuncio e la soluzione proposta era un materasso sottilissimo buttato per terra (pensato per due persone) ma su cui poteva stare a malapena una persona. Esposte le problematiche al proprietario, evidenti e oggettive, ha rifiutato più volte di rimborsarmi il soggiorno, finché non ho contattato l’assistenza clienti e ho ottenuto quantomeno di essere rimborsata per una notte su tre. è un appartamento adatto a non più di due persone.
