Ramada Sukhumvit Soi Eleven

I stayed here for one night with breakfast included, as I wanted to write a review of my experience. I stayed in room 5009, which had a window facing the parking area. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. I arrived around 11 a.m., left my luggage at the hotel, and went to a nearby meeting. I informed the front desk staff to place my luggage in the room once it was ready, as I expected to return late in the evening. When I returned around 9 p.m., I noticed that the corridor from the elevator to the room was quite narrow. Upon entering the room, there was a strong musty smell that irritated my nose, as if the room had been cleaned but no air freshener had been used. Since it was late and I was tired, I didn’t call the front desk to request air freshener. Instead, I mixed some shampoo with water and placed it in glasses on both sides of the bed to reduce the odor, which helped a little. The room amenities were as shown in the photos. There was no iron or ironing board in the room, though I believe these can be requested from the staff if needed. My booking included breakfast, and I initially assumed it would be served on the lobby floor. In the morning, when I went downstairs to have breakfast before checking out, the staff informed me that it was actually served on the 7th floor. Since I was in a hurry, I didn’t get the chance to try it or take photos. It would be helpful if the staff could mention this detail during check-in. The hotel did not require a deposit at check-in, but I was asked to sign a form acknowledging the non-smoking policy, with a fine of 5,000 baht for smoking in the room. Overall, the check-in process was efficient, and the staff were polite, but the room’s air quality could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

A wonderful hotel right in the centre of the best entertainment district in this fabulous city. Great location, handy to the best bars and restaurants  and just a short stroll to the BTS station that provides easy inexpensive travel to all policy’s Bangkok. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Location is good but not easy to find the hotel by car and outside hotel road not clean

"I chose this hotel because it’s just a few minutes walk from the BTS and is surrounded by restaurants. The staff are really friendly and willing to help with my problem. Some furniture is worn, but it doesn't affect the overall experience

Return guest. Each time I stay here, they upgrade me to a better room. I had a suite. I was only staying one night so unfortunately I didn’t have time to fully enjoy all the amenities. It’s close to the Nana BTS station and connects to the airport rail link, so it’s relatively easy to get to the hotel from the airport without the hassle of traffic and a taxi.

Best location, friendly staff. Was surprised we be able to check in early. Thumb up for the front service gal fasten our check in procedure. Room was clean. Check in check out was a breeze. Keep up the good work 👍
