Great hotel. Smooth check in. We checked in before 14.00 hour. But get room immediately with upgrade. Hotel have nice pool and small fitness room. The breakfast has a lot of choice and is tasty. The hotel is near skytrain and metro. Shopping nearby or take skytrain or metro. All the staff is very friendly. I stayed here many times already and will come back for sure.

We just finished up our stay here. The location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. We checked in and immediately noticed we didn’t have hot water in our shower. I called the front desk and they sent a technician who came and turned the handle and said it was fixed. We had cold showers all 3 nights. Beyond this, the shower and bathroom had mold growing. I have attached pictures. Everything in the room was a bit rundown and the walls were paper thin. We could hear everything happening on the street throughout the night. To top it all off, our last night around 4 am, a man came talking and banging on our door. I called the front desk and they said, “It’s probably just a drunk guy.” Overall, not the hotel experience we expected.

Location: fantastic, walking diatance from BTS station and many food and services around nana station. Accessible to small road at the side to avoid traffic on the main road. Not sheltered to BTS.
Service: Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Happy that I got upgraded to a room with windows for my birthday. However window can not be opened and there is no view (facing car park of opposite building). No cake or birthday amenity provided.
Most processes are still done via hardcopy forms from the previous hotel (grand Swiss hotel), which is unexpected from a chain hotel, makes checking in slightly slower.
Ammenities: simple breakfast, mainly Indian food. Value for money. Limited but functional gym equipment, probably needs some maintenance. Pool was on the small side but still acceptable. Overall amenities can be better for a 4 star hotel.
Some issues with toilet flush. No noise issues.
Overall pleasant stay, better than expected after reading the other negative reviews.

Convenient location near the NANA Station
but the surrounding with many pubs may be a bit noisy depending on room facing, Good for those who likes drinking. Cheap & Nice Stew Pork noodle stall nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk to a BTS station (Nana) and a 7-11. The room was nicely furnished and included bottled water, coffee and tea. There is a pool and a rooftop bar. The staff were polite and helpful.

Very well located at a lane next to Sukhumvit 11. Would have been excellent if located on the main road. Breakfast was good and it has a chill area at the swimming pool area.

Stayed here to watch the Super Bowl live in the early morning at The Sportsman around the corner.
Ideal central location, hospitable staff, supreme cleanliness, super-comfortable bed, and strong water pressure in the shower. Fridge and small desk too.
First time staying here and I wish I'd done so sooner. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again.
