It's an old hotel, the room is quite big the one we chose, disappointing was the room had a bad smell, and also on the main corridor, the bed was too soft probably the mattress inside worn, location is ok if you like going to the bars, it's noisy obviously its close to the bar areas.

The hotels location is great for nightlife but I would go as far as that. There is a strong Oud smell throughout the hotel and rooms which isn’t for everyone’s senses and the rooms are dark in decor and I little dated.
Room service was good and food tasted decent along with the service from all hotel staff.

staffs are very rude and not polite as hotel staffs should be . I always stayed here in the past as the rooms used to be nice ...now everything is wear and tear visible, shower floods and if you inform recipiention staffs are littery rude to you. I'm surprised this time and never going to come back to this hotel. even with food menu they bring different items which i ordered similar dishes next day and they bring something else and say it's that dish wow took 4 times to finally bring me the dish ordered. not acceptable at all.

We got upgraded room type to honeymoon suite. The room is big with a big bathtub. TV has many channels and also YouTube and Netflix. The staff are very helpful.
