Reviews from Lao people who have used the service are that the receptionists are very good, the hotel is clean and everything is as advertised. It has all the conveniences, it is close to the market and Bearing station, so it is convenient to travel anywhere. When you come back at night, you can rest comfortably and not feel cramped. If it is a full 10, I would give it a 10. ☺️
