Not a bad hotel. But, needs a good cleaning. The owners are wonderful people and very friendly. Check in an hour early and were very kind. The view from the window is not bad.

I got a room at the edge with a glass window. Overall, the accommodation was very good. The only downside was that there was a cockroach on the stairs. The air conditioner was very cold. The blanket was thick. The walls of the room were a bit thin, so I could hear people talking all the time.

It is near Ramkhamhaeng University, there are many places to eat. The room is not soundproof, the walls have black marks, the bathroom smells musty.
