I was awakened by the fire horn alarm at 3:30 am yesterday. The language was not Chinese. Due to limited language, I couldn't hear it clearly. After about a while, I heard that the emergency was confirmed and I had to evacuate quickly. I didn't take my luggage and hurried down the stairs. There were already many Europeans and Americans with luggage outside the lobby. There was no emergency from the room to the outside. It should be a false alarm. However, from the beginning to 4:30, there was no front desk in the middle. No one answered all the hotel calls, and no one came out to comfort and explain. At about 5 o'clock, a staff member said it was a false alarm and I could go back to the room. Until check-out, there was no explanation. It was a forced sale. The room rate was 350 yuan, and it was deducted first, and another 350 yuan was paid at the hotel. The room fee was 700 yuan for one night, and it was refunded once when I checked out. The room fee of other hotels is 1,000 Thai baht, about 200 yuan, which is refunded when I check out.
