The pool is not accessible with no entry or exit points. It is hard to get in the pool and out of the pool. The gym facility is barely there.
They will charge you money for makeup stains on sheets rather than washing up the sheets themselves.
They will also charge you money to put your trash away. I was very surprised with this after having a great overall stay for the price bar the amenities
The location is great and theres a 711 just outside which is amazing. Also the rooms have microwaves..
The room was clean. I could hear my neighbours though. There's a lingering hot smell but putting AC gets rid of it.

don’t be misled by “opened in 2025”, it’s under new management not new facilities. it’s really dated.

Really nice hotel, lovely friendly staff who upgraded my room without being asked.
I was able to get my train tickets printed and my luggage stored after checkout.
There's a bit of construction but I didn't notice much noise

This is my first time to stay here. It’s urgent booking by night and hotel staff quick welcomed. They are polite and good service for me. There are small rooftop pool and mini gym. Overall I’m happy.

Unknow water drops from the ceiling.
They changed the room for me.
However, there was 15 minutes electricity shortage around 11am. They only extended 30 minutes for check out. I wanted to rate the part 2/5.
The AC of gym room is not enough though…
There are some good street foods around the hotel to save my stomach.

This hotel is well located in the middle of the street. Very easy to find and grab some delicious foods and sweets.

I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Fantastic value for money and in a quieter part of Bangkok but I loved the nearby neighbourhood of Arie

The hotel's all spiffed up, super clean and nice, but the staff aren't quite five-star professional, though they are really sweet and helpful.
