I’m very satisfied. I guess they are renovating the building, but the bed and pillows are all brand new. They gave me a room on the 7th floor. Parking is a little difficult because the entrance and exit are narrow, but the bellboy and security guard help guide you. The staff are helpful and well-mannered. I had a small issue with the tap water at the wash basin, as the pressure was quite low. I could also still hear some noise from outside. Overall, these were not big issues, and I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Hotel, staff is friendly and very nice, knowledgeable and helpful, they greeted me when I arrived, helped with my bags. It’s a newly renovated hotel, rooms are beautiful, bed was so comfortable. very classy pool area fitness everything you need great location and overall I had an amazing experience. Would recommend to anybody and my friends and family which I did.

Good, but the bathroom has no hot water. Agreed to change it, but it was too late and lazy to change it. Everything else was good. The swimming pool seemed to be not repaired yet.

The hotel is newly renovated and opened at the beginning of March. The cafe area in front is not yet finished. The room is good, the bed is quite good, the bathroom is spacious, has hot water, a rain shower, a TV with Netflix, the room has a balcony, there is underground parking and next to the hotel. ☺️ Most importantly, the staff are polite and give good advice.

All the staffs provided excellent service. Breakfast has a lot to choose from, rice, pasta, bread, rice soup, and desserts. The swimming pool is on the 10th floor, which has a good atmosphere. The room is also very good. But what impressed me was all the staffs. They offered everything so well that I wanted to go back and use the service again.

The environment is very OK and clean. There is a small swimming pool on the rooftop. There are more Europeans and Americans and fewer Chinese. The location is about 12 minutes walk from the BTS station. But the balcony is connected to the next door, and the French window is a glass door that can be pushed open, which is safe. The front desk service is very good.

The hotel is clean, the bed is soft, the room is spacious, and there is a nice smell in every hallway and every room. I am very impressed. I like the smell of the hotel very much. All the staff are lovely and greet you all the time. The housekeeper is lovely and cleans very well. It is quite far from the BTS (if walking). The only problem is the water pipe that is connected to the sink in the bathroom, which may have a leak or something, I am not sure because every time I brush my teeth or wash my face, there will be water flowing all over the floor until it is almost slippery, even though I did not splash water that much.

I chose to stay here because the hotel is near the training venue. It is convenient to travel. The room is good and clean. The breakfast is varied and delicious. All the staffs are very good at providing service. I am impressed.
