建物や部屋は新しいようで綺麗でした。窓側と窓なしの部屋を選べたので窓がある部屋にしました。かなり思いスーツケースを持っていたのですがエレベーターがないため、4階まで運んでくれました。部屋は綺麗ですが、小さな蟻が出ることと、シャワーや水道の水圧が弱いところはあまり良いとは言えなかったです。また、ベットは大きいのですがほぼ平らなので硬いところに寝ているようでした。立地的には中心地から少し離れたウォンウェンイャイです。観光客が多いエリアではないので、屋台や市場に行けば地元の人価格でローカルご飯を食べれるのは凄く良かったです。MRTのウォンウェンイャイ駅からは歩いて一本真っ直ぐで、その通り道のセブンイレブンの近くに綺麗なランドリーもあるので、その点は良かったと思います。
