The hotel delivered an outstanding experience, characterized by professional and attentive staff. The accommodations were spacious and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The rooms on the upper floors offered stunning views of Bangkok, and the rooftop infinity pool provided an exceptional vantage point. The hotel's location is highly convenient, with the BTS train accessible within a two-minute walk and a 7-Eleven located on the premises. Additionally, a large cinema and night market are situated nearby. A minor issue to note is potential water leakage from the walls during heavy rainfall. While this may occur, it does not significantly impact the room, and the hotel staff is prepared to offer room changes or cleaning services. Following cleaning, the issue is resolved. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its city views and overall experience.

This was my 4th stay at Quarter Ratchayothin by UHG, and I am pleased to note that the service continues to meet the hotel’s high standards. The rooms are clean, and I have observed continuous improvements since my previous visits, making the overall experience more comfortable and enjoyable. During this visit, I experienced a minor incident involving the parking area. However, the staff provided excellent assistance, promptly following up and coordinating with the building management regarding CCTV footage and tracking my lost belongings. I truly appreciate their support and dedication. That said, I would suggest that the hotel consider enhancing the security measures for the parking lot, particularly in terms of regular inspections and safeguarding guests’ vehicles and property. Improving these security protocols would further ensure peace of mind for guests regarding their vehicles and belongings. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and look forward to returning again. With some enhancements in security, I believe the experience could be even better.

Excellent hotel with high ceilings and restaurants looks classy. Equipped with full gym machines for workout. Some crack lines on the wall, looks like the crack lines are from the recent Myanmar earthquake but I have no worries at all. Sleep well throughout the night.

Hotel is very new with many amenities. However after the earthquake only 1 of 3 lifts were available resulting in slow movement between floors.
