The hotel was clean and location is great the restaurants near by are good just need to have better amenities

Very good hotel, close to the yellow MRT, get off at Lat Phrao 101, walk for a short time and you'll be there. 7-Eleven is very close from the accommodation, convenient. The set of things in the room is okay. Reception is available 24 hours a day. Nice staff, good manners, very friendly.

Housing was tight during the concert, so I stumbled upon this hotel, and my experience after checking in was much better than I expected. The front desk is located facing the street. The map shows the entrance to the parking lot. You need to follow the instructions from the right channel to find it. The service is very enthusiastic and the price/performance ratio is very high.

Recommend booking directly through the hotel. Because booking through the app, there will be no parking.

退房成功流程走完了。説床單弄臟了 扣了200按金。ok。完了行李放在酒店出去完飯再回去拿行李不給。 説床單上印記洗不乾淨 讓我把床單買下來 給2000 不然不給行李。 最後掰扯讓賠500 真的是無語了。 如果是退房時候説洗不乾淨要賠怎麼都行。 出去回來取行李了來這一死出。 而且退房的時候説床單上有印記什麼的 按金也抵扣了。 而且所謂印記也就是泰國足貼沾上的虛汗。 噁心的就是退房流程走完了。還壓行李 不給錢不讓拿行李 The check-out process has been completed successfully. They said the sheets were stained and they deducted 200 deposit. OK. After leaving the luggage in the hotel, I went out to eat and then went back to pick up the luggage without giving it back. They said that the marks on the bedsheets cannot be washed clean. They asked me to buy the bedsheets for 2000 or they would not give me the luggage. In the end, I was offered a compensation of 500 and was really speechless. If you tell me when you check out that the hotel is not clean, you can pay for it no matter what. I went out and came back to pick up my luggage. And when I checked out, I was told that there were marks on the sheets and the deposit was deducted. And the so-called mark is the sweat on the Thai foot patch. What's disgusting is that the check-out process is complete. You still have to hold on to your luggage and you won’t be allowed to take your luggage without paying.

Overall the room is considered ok, the price is not cheap. Located near The Mall Bangkapi, Tawanna, Happyland. Near the Yellow Line

It was a very happy stay. I check in at 2pm and staff helping me carry all luggages and stuffs. They offer me discount, if i book directly from the hotel. The room is big and very clean for this price. i travel easy to the mall Bangkapi and Hospital nearby. Staff is nice and friendly. I definitely come back and recommend this place.

Reception is way overstaffed yet they still couldn’t find our booking. Their first priority was getting us to follow them in FaceBook to promote their business but when asked for a receipt for the cash deposit they were insulted to have to do something “extra”. In reality, customers shouldn’t have to ask. I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels throughout Thailand and never been denied an early check-in of at least 30 minutes. Here, for the first time in 20 years of Thailand travels, that was not the case. Luckily, while waiting we found a nicer, cleaner, more modern hotel nearby for about the same price that allowed us to check-in without delay and without any shenanigans. We felt like we’d been freed from a trap!

Cleanliness is considered the best since our stay. Compared to economy class hotels with the same price in Bangkok, the room size is larger. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. Both the bathroom and bedroom were very clean. Close to many important transportation points. Convenient to run errands Transportation is convenient. There are electric trains and buses available for running errands and traveling with girlfriends. Convenient and comfortable.

Which is quite convenient, suitable for travelers who rarely stay in their room. From the hotel near the Saen Saep Canal passenger boat station. Actually, you can walk to The Mall Bangkapi in about 15 minutes if the weather isn't too hot. There is no food served in the room. This price is understandable. But there is an a la carte restaurant under the building, not too difficult. Hotel parking has a complicated system.
