The hotel is so old and dated. The rooms were dusty with cobwebs. Some of the lights don’t even work. The bathrooms weren’t well-cleaned. There was grime everywhere, even crusty poop pieces on the bidets.
I booked two rooms, one of the room has badly stained sheets, the other smelled of cigarette smoke and they even had the audacity to warn me that’s the rooms are no smoking rooms and I’d be fined if I smoke.
Complained about it, the sheet got changed but the horrible cigarette smell did not go away and they did not change room for me. I had to endure the cigarette smoke for 2 nights.
The good reviews you see online are because they offer gifts to people who give them good reviews.

Not suitable for families with small children, the hotel room does not have a kettle, so you just can only go down to the lobby to fill the hot water. The toilet shower was not good, the room was dark and a few cockroaches were seen

There were a few condoms under the bed, and it wasn't clean. Also, the basin in the bathroom was broken in both of the rooms I booked. The front desk staff spoke good English. However, the room was a little dark, not clean, full of bacteria, and the blanket looked very dirty.
