The room is big. Also with balcony. Cleanness. No far away there are markets and 7-11 too. BTS is not so far away.

It's about a 5-minute walk from the entrance to the soi. When you ring the bell at the small reception on the first floor, a smiling woman will come right away. Hand over your passport and you'll receive the security door card key and your room key.
The room is clean, and the shower and toilet are clean. There's no problem if you're just staying overnight. There's also a washing machine on the first floor, so it's safe even for long-term stays. The only thing that bothered me was the direction of the shower head.
In the morning, there were food stalls on the soi, making it lively. Seni Market is also right next door. I'd like to stay here again.

Stayed for the second time already. The owner is very kind. The service staff is good too. In the morning, there are food vendors selling food and walking to offer alms and make merit. I was very surprised that there were shops selling things but there was no loud noise at all. I'm very impressed. Just a short walk to the front of the alley, there's also a 7-Eleven.
