A very underwhelming stay that did not represent the Hilton brand.
The male steam room didn't work. Hairdryer didn't work. Swimming pool tiles are damaged. No robes in the room. The bathtub faucet didn't work (I had to fill the bath using the shower). Breakfast choice was limited and cold. However, the egg station was fantastic. Very little fruits and cheeses etc.
Check-in was very friendly and warm. The bed was pretty comfortable. Located nearby Em Malls and Phrom Phong BTS.
For the price paid I was very disappointed

Service was excellent. Lobby is lovely. The bell boy and front desk super helpful. Good location. Room was big and peaceful at night. Interior of rooms a bit tired but it is tidy and clean.

I really enjoyed the spacious room at the hotel, it was large and comfortable. The location, however, made it a bit difficult to walk to nearby attractions due to heavy traffic and limited pedestrian paths. Thankfully, the hotel offers a tuk-tuk service to nearby spots, which was very convenient. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, and a female front desk staff member (unfortunately I forgot her name, but she wore glasses) was especially kind and welcoming.

More like an apartment rather than hotel room. Room came with a proper fridge and stove for cooking. Service was ok, perhaps cos I am a Hilton Honors member even though no points were given cos I booked thru Trip.

Perfect place to stay in Sukhumvit and feels like home away from home with all essentials like refrigerator, microwave, etc provided in the room.

Location is good convenience store and supermarket nearby. Affordable massage nearby, if splurging, there are plenty too. Bed and pillows are very comfortable.
