The hotel did not provide paper towels, slippers, garbage bags, and the room was not cleaned once after staying for 3 days.

Good structure and great support from the lobby team. They're friendly, efficient and willingly making efforts to help in some tough situation my family has faced. Because the weather is extremely hot in this season, maybe to improve the ventilation in the hallways.
