All staff were friendly and conversed well in english! This helped a lot as they were able to share more about the facilities and guide us where needed. For eg, the staff shared which pool would be best for sighting the sunrise and sunset!
Breakfast is AMAZING, catering to persons with various dietary needs. Wide variety of foods, from pastries to rice dishes, to fruits and indulgent deserts! There were also smoothies that were healthy and delicious! Oat milk is also available on request.
The room is clean and spacious! Bed was comfortable and room amenities were provided! Could also request for more amenities where needed, conveniently via the phone app!
The food hub on the second floor is super convenient for days where you’re too comfortable to leave the hotel premises! Everything is so accessible within the compound that I could really see myself just chilling in the hotel all day!

One the best hotel stays in Bangkok over the past 10 years. Great location to commute to and from the airport and explore Bangkok. Breakfast with a wide spectrum choice of food and above all, superb service from the staff at the concierge. Will definitely go back again.

Great hotel. Modern, clean and well thought out, with a wide variety of facilities. Location is quite close to alot of things but roads nearby full of traffic. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Room service and drinks in the hotel were expensive. Staff were all amazing and so helpful. Great stay would definitely recommend. Special mention for the housekeeping team working on floor 32 around room 3215, they always done an amazing job with the room and were always so pleasant is you crossed them in the hallway always saying hello with a smile. The Eastin Grand app was very very useful also, great idea.

I rarely left comments but I have to take this chance to express my gratitude to all the staffs from the hotel.
I would highly recommend you to stay in the hotel, heres why:
1. Connected to the bts, with clear instruction, you don’t have to worry about the weather/ walking under the sun
2. Located at Phaya Thai station, which is close to the heart of city “siam etc.” and it is the interchange station to the airport
3. If you are a coffee lover, the Asia Top coffee is just right next to Phaya Thai Station, a few min walk from hotel.
4. The great service, nice breakfast buffet, warm welcome drink, and with an app you can easily access hotel information without calling (perfect for introvert)
The night before we checked out, I had a severe food poisoning as eating unclean foods from street. The next day morning, we decided to go hospital. Hotel staffs helped us to call taxi in advance. And offered us late checkout exceptionally due to the unexpected medical condition. Allow me to say thank you again.
