No receptionist, had to chat via Line to get the room key. The room was dirty, smelled of dust, no TV, had to find a new room in the same price range, there were better ones. In conclusion, I didn't get to the room for half an hour that night, had to change hotels. Also, the hotel is in a narrow alley with no parking.
