The WiFi doesn’t work, they told me only works for Android users (huh?) but I doubt that too because my laptop couldn’t connect either. The place is very noisy at night there’s a bar upstairs with extremely loud music , imagine trying to sleep at a night club, I got headache and couldn’t sleep until the bar is closed. There’s a strong sewage smell coming in to the room. The smell was too strong that woke me up a few times at night and I’m a heavy sleeper. The only good thing I have to say is that the staff are friendly and nice but I wouldn’t stay here again even if offered for free.

Overall experience was great. During our stay we had a few hours with no water in the faucet without notice. But this is tolerable. You could make hotel more accessible like putting the ramp for easier carrying of luggage up to lowest street level or from parking lot.

Very nice place to stay in BKK, the room was clean and the bathroom very nice.

I needed a hotel the same day and this one had a room available right away, I booked the cheapest room they still had available. The room was nice and clean, but I had no window to see the outside, I did have a window with a mat covering that had an annoying light that stayed on the other side, I also heard noise coming from behind it the entire evening and night, but it wasn't too intrusive once in bed and I had a curtain to cover it. I would say I still recommend this hotel in general as it has very nice amenities and the staff was very friendly, also a plus with the smart TV that had a lot of options to watch your steaming service or YouTube.

Good price for the room but no service. I stayed 3 days every morning i put the shield please make my room outside my door. But never got cleaned. 2 dead cockroaches in my room.

We stayed for 1 night, just spent the night at the hotel. The hotel is nice, well renovated, very clean, the room has everything, including slippers and bathrobes. Good breakfast, staff was friendly. 5-7 minute walk from metro and Sky Walk

The accommodation is very good. There is parking, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are beautiful. And the hotel has a rooftop, very chill, there is good food and singers as well. The atmosphere is very good.

The room is clean, looks very good, convenient to travel, the receptionist is very good.

I stayed here with a friend who was traveling from Hong Kong. The location is perfect as it is in the Silom area and close to BTS Chong Nonsi station. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. The smell from the drainage in the shower room was a little bothersome. However, the problem was that the room I stayed in had a passageway outside the window, and there was a lot of people coming and going at night, which made me nervous. Also, the soundproofing is not good and the neighbors? A rooftop bar? The noise can be heard until around 3am, and people who are bothered by it may not be able to sleep.

This hotel is really bad. People are singing and playing music outside at one or two o'clock in the evening. I can't sleep at all. I told them in advance that I wanted to check out for the night, but they didn't agree. It was a waste of one night's room fee!

The only disadvantage is that there are no windows and the aisle is relatively narrow, but the location is quite convenient. Generally speaking, it's okay, and I will stay again next time I have a chance. The attitude of the waiter is very good.
