We feel really fortunate to have chosen the Priya Boutique House for our brief stay in Bangkok. It was an outstanding venue in every way. The hosts were very friendly and extraordinarily helpful. The location is great, the facilities were excellent - we felt like the Priya was a charming oasis in the middle of a bustling city and Jack and Pang's warm, welcoming and helpful personalities made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we walked through the door.

The Priya was a shining highlight from our whirlwind Bangkok adventure. After a full day of “touristing”, we looked forward to returning to this quaint comforting property to exhale and rejuvenate for another day. The delicious morning fresh fruits and coffee/tea and the excellent “home-brewed” beer on the lanai in the evening while chatting with the owners and sometimes other guests made our stay so special. This wonderful family-owned property successfully balanced renovating a 100+year old home with care in the details, while holding true to its history, uniqueness and charm. It was created with and continues to be managed with love and aloha. The Priya is an oasis in a friendly and safe local residential area. We look forward to returning one day!

My husband booked this place because he thought it looked quirky and a little bit different. We were so lucky he did!!! The hosts were literally the most amazing hosts who gave us maps and recommendations and tips for anything we asked. For example, Ma and Pa restaurant was the BEST Thai food we ate in Bangkok. They even wished our daughter happy birthday and gave her a small gift on the morning of her birthday 😍. The place is quirky, a little bit different, with very modern features alongside original features of this STUNNING hotel. It’s extremely clean, organised well, the breakfast of fruit delicious, the beds more comfortable than our own back home and it just smells divine! (Strange compliment but true) we will definitely return to Priya boutique on our next visit to Thailand. Thank you Pang and Jack.

Jack and his sister Pang are extremely nice people and have a wonderful place to stay in Bangkok. Staying with them means perfectly styled rooms, nice fruity breakfast and the best help & support you coul imagine for organisinc your day in this vibranh city.

First of all we want to start off by saying a MASSIVE thankyou to Jack and his wonderful family for being super hospitable and being the nicest people ever!! Jack gave us lots of amazing recommendations for Bangkok - places to eat, how to get around and where to go and we can’t thank him enough for making our whole stay so enjoyable. The place is absolutely immaculate and looks even more stunning than the pictures. There are plenty of communal areas where guests can choose to relax, chat and enjoy breakfast in the morning. It’s also in a great location walking distance from Khao San Road and ChinaTown but is also close to the Metro Line. I honestly could not recommend this place enough !! Best place we have stayed in Thailand by FAR. You can definitely tell the amount of work and love that has gone into this family run business. Thanks for having us. Great People, Great Place and Great Vibes.

I was very indecisive at first to book this place as *********** info showed no wifi when we booked (in May 2022 for the stay in Nov 2022). Contacted the owner on Facebook Messaging and found out that the wifi would be installed by the time we arrived. It turned out to be one of my best decisions to continue to book and stay at this charming Thai style house though as it is quite a memorable experience. I love the fact that the house was decorated with real and really nice plants and elegant real orchids which were so beautiful. Wooden floor in a room we stayed was nicely done. Basically, I couldn't find any flaws in the design and the choices of decoration. Some of them looked really cute though. 4 stars for location as I think the choices of transportation from this house is quite limited for those who want to use BTS or MRT. I planned to travel by boat from the nearest pier so the location was not much of a trouble for me. A plus side (and quite a surprise for me) is Cafe Velodome where you can rent some really nice bicycles is located just a few minutes walk from the house. I remember the breakfast (chicken rice) was very tasty as well. Oh. And the newly installed wifi was actually very good and the family who own the place was so friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay there with Jack and its family. We were welcomed late at night and immediately felt at home. If you are into fruits (and sticky rice sometimes), then you're in for a surprise breakfast! Everything was charming: they make you feel at home (I mean, really), they offer you a good quality of advice (on what to do, where to go for a drink), and how they decorated the house as well is pretty nice! The location is great, close to the Wat Saket (Golden Mount temple). Will come back next time I'm in Bangkok!

We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t be happier. Jack met us on arrival and was very friendly and knowledgeable along with his Mother and Sister. The room was spacious and clean with a decent shower and air conditioning. Coffee and fruit was available every morning and water provided. The hotel is in an excellent location with only a 10 minute walk from the Khao San Road. We went for dinner with Jack and his Mother on our first night and had the best Thai food at a local restaurant. Would recommend mend this and will be staying again in the future.
