Tried for one day stay at a new hotel. Everything was good the customer service was helpful. I enjoyed the room good sleep and bed. Tv needs to set up more channels. Breakfast not to expect much. More to chinese style. Just for stay only would be a good choice. Outside got shopping malls and food. So not an issue.

Hotel operator is one quite understanding person. Me and my wife is on separate flight. I had to visit a professor, so, I had meeting to catch up. My wife follows after. However, she did not brought with her any Thai Baht. So, I called the hotel operator for help. Well, everything goes well. I really cannot imagine of someone we just met once willing to do the job. As for the stay, comfortable, cozy, quiet, clean and with powerful wifi. Just cannot find English tv channels such as CNN, Discovery, etc. I had a habit of watching tv before sleep. But surely, if I come back to Bangkok, I'll check-in here again.

PROS: - hotel is conveniently located along Rama 3 Road. It is part of a commercial / office + residential complex - easily accessible by highways - BRT (Wat Dan) at the door step that brings you to Chongnonsi BTS Station - there’s a Foodland Supermart that I also believe is open 24 hrs, that is walking distance - a Terminal 21 shopping mall will open in Dec 2022 / Jan 2023 a few BRT stops away - conveniently served by 7/11 within walking distance and cheap and mid-priced eateries + cafes in the area - good views of the river - quiet and comfy rooms - getting around the area and transport for example to Sathorn is very convenient (via BRT or Taxi) - atms of many local banks can be found around the area. money changer as well. - excellent security CONS: - the hotel management really needs to work on the swimming pool and the area outside the cafe. I sincerely hope that the swimming pool situation improves Would have given this a hotel a VERY GOOD rating but the health club and swimming pool really needs immediate attention, thus this AVERAGE rating.

The hotel has a nice presentation, is very clean and ordened as well as furnished with love for the detail. The Skytrain is within a few minutes walk to reach also supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. We had booked incl. breakfast. For Thai conditions it seems to be a good breakfast, which we had on Phuket, but in no way comparable. There is a cup of tea or coffee. A sweet drink, which is declared as juice and a water. To eat 2 dishes toast, marmelade, 2 lawrence eggs and a dishes sauce as well as 2 sauces. For 2 consecutive days well, a third or fourth I wouldn't have wanted to eat exactly the same always. I wanted to drop my eggs and the sauce on day 2... but English is not well spoken or understood by everyone at the reception. Only Toast and Jam provided me e.g. breakfast only without eggs. However, the biggest criticism is the wet cell. We (my spouse and I) had a double room!!! In this is a cubic-shaped room separated by two half-high walls as a bathroom. A good idea when you insist that all the smells and smells of the toilet spread throughout the room. I find such a feeling in a double room. Also the water pipes of the neighbouring rooms passed through our “bathroom”, so you have heard from the bed the spots all the time when the neighbor has shown or washed.
