Hotel in posizione strategica in quanto nel cuore della spettacolare Bangkok e a 2 passi dalla caratteristica Kho San Road. Cordiale e sorridente l’intero staf, come d’altronde lo sono tutti i tailandesi, caratteristica predominante dell’intera nazione. Camere molto carine e pulite, forse solo leggermente piccole. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio vivamente di visitare la Thailandia e di prenotare in questo hotel.

Did 7 days quarantine in this hotel before TH Govt made quarantine 14 days. The room was modern, chic and much bigger than I expected. They give you a QR code to scan via WhatsApp or Line so communication with the staff is direct. Very useful. Nurse on duty is kind as well. Staff Yui and Firm are very helpfuI. I had some issues with my checkout however. The nurse informed me that I could check out one day earlier than in my confirmation and that was welcome news. Since I could Check out earlier, I asked if I would get a refund on the one night that I was supposed to stay and they said no. Staff said that checking out one day earlier is my option and I can stay one more night if I wanted 😅 They were explaining something about my arrival time in Thailand that allowed me to check out one day earlier. Touch down before 1800h in Thailand allows you to check out a night earlier apparently. I explained that the reservations department knew my arrival time and flight number (before 1800h). They still put my check out on my confirmation on a wrong date. I asked to speak manager to get further clarification but staff said the manager will only come in the afternoon. After days of quarantine, really just agreed so I could check out. Other than that, every thing is great. Food is excellent too! Security team was really kind and helpful. Will stay again to quarantine if I need to go TH again. Still hoping to get a refund of one night😅 Not to take away anything from reservations department, they replied promptly with last minute changes with my booking. Thank you Ibis for taking care of me 😁

This is the third time we've stayed at Baan Chart, so clearly we are fans, and to begin with the (overwhelming) positive, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is great - provided you are aware it's vicinity to Khao San Rd, and generally the decor and finish of the complex suggest something worth a little more than the price. Unfortunately this time around the experience was slightly tarnished, and I genuinely hope the hotel see this as I'm sure there's an easy fix. The rooms didn't exactly support a restful night sleep. The small window (which seems to serve precisely no purpose) has a thin net curtain for privacy, but did not block the light. There's a media box thing attached to the TV which we had to disconnect as it was emitting a very strong light into the room which disturbed us. Finally, and this is completely personal, I asked for an extra piece of toast with my breakfast, and was told I would have to pay for it. I get it, you pay for what you have, but we paid for breakfast up front and unfortunately whilst it was very nice, it was insufficient. These are really minor and easily outweighed by the good points. If location is important, being between Khao San and Rambuttri, a short walk to the river boat and countless restaurants and bars - then this is a great hotel!

The location was ideal for the type of trip we selected. It seemed as though the hotel had recently been renovated and the room we had booked was pretty big - a triple. The shower and bathroom were also big enough and the rooms amenities were sufficient enough. The night staff were quite friendly and helpful but the day staff were quite hostile and unfriendly. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of Khaosan road which is ideal if you’re looking for a good party every night but a distance if you’re lugging big bags as you’re transport does not arrive at the hotel entrance. However there are many really nice cafes and restaurants close by. Also there’s a lot of other attractions very near. The rooftop bar and pool area is also a really nice spot to relax and unwind. All in all, it was really good value for money.

I chose the Ember Hotel for the first trip to Bangkok and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and always careful to your needs. The rooms are not very large but are clean and elegant. The breakfast is very good. It is important to mention the girl who welcomed us in the morning at the bar ... of great sweetness and who immediately stored my habits on the two coffees. The hotel's location is not very good, as it allows you to visit, even walking, various attractions. I was so good to cancel the booking of another hotel, also losing money, so that I could stay in this magnificent building.

Been coming to KSR for some 25 years but since the last time, there have been some significant changes. Gone is the ‘charm’ to the place to be replaced with what appears to be an competition between every bar to see who can turn up the music volume the loudest with the result being an assault on the eardrums at every step. For the hotel - required to wait a long time whilst the staff try to find the booking, given a room in the 3rd floor and the keycard doesn’t work, back to reception, now given a room on the 4th floor - key card not working again, back to reception and met with a flustered staff member who finally managed to programme the card - then into a room with the mattress on the foor. I’m not sure if the inefficiency lies with the staff or the system but whatever, it’s not working well. On the positive side, the room was clean and well prepared. In general, a two night stay reduced to one simply because of the noise issue. KSR was always a favourite spot in bkk but the music volume has in this reviewers opinion, spoiled this once charming and colorful street.

Looking for a couple of days in Bangkok, accidentally with his wife encountered this hotel, drew attention that the bar on the roof is!!! But it turned out that everything was much worse than we assumed, we thought the bar was only for the guests of the hotel! But for nothing we thought so, because everyone wants, people take the bar celebrate there. Birthday, etc. As a result we were set right under the bar! Noise is terrible, not to sleep until the hour of the night definitely won't turn out!!! The Internet works bad! But the rooms themselves are very good, clean!

I had a pleasure stay at Rambuttri Hotel at Bangkok. It was an incredible experience From the moment I arrived, I was greeted friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Check in was smooth and efficient and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of the lobby. Actually I arrived at the early in the morning and they allowed me to checked in an swift way. When I entered at roo. It was spacious and comfortable with all amenities. The bed was comfortable and had pleasing sleep every night. The location of the hotel is also cantered and accessible of public transportation. You can also visit the Democracy Monument and Grand Palace by walking.

バンコク旧市街・テーウェート地区のカサットスク通り沿いにある老舗のホテル。当ホテルのあらましについては公式HP内に詳しい記載がなされているが、現ホテル名に改称した1963年から数えても既に半世紀以上の歴史を誇り、落ち着いた佇まいの館内の共有スペースやドアマンの丁寧な物腰からも只ならぬホテルであることが伺える。ホテルは創業時からのハードをリニューアルしたと思われる旧館と現代風建築の粋を結集したかのように見える新館とに別れている。特筆すべきは旧館のアーケード回廊状の意匠とそこに設けられたプール・庭園のデザイン。客室はさすがに1950-60年代建築の限界から、最近のモダンなホテルとの比較では快適性・設備の面で見劣りしてしまうのは致し方ないのだが、適宜リニューアルされており不満を感じる事はない。バンコク旧市街の観光スポットへのアクセス性の良さも特筆すべきであり、ワンランク高い評価がなされてもおかしくない素晴らしいホテルである。

My wife and I were going to be in Thailand during April so we wanted to experience Songkran in Bangkok. We were essentially looking for a cheap place near the action of Khao San Road to escape to and cool off during the day and to lay our heads at night. The hotel itself is set back from the road and we were pretty happy overall with how well it insulated us from the noise of Khao San Road, the most we were really hearing was the live acoustic music at the place next door. Khao San Road and the river (where you can catch ferries) are a quick walk away. Our room was small, not very modern, and very simple (with limited outlets) but for the price we were paying it fit our needs well.
